Hi! We are two friends who both live in Bed Stuy at the moment! This ad is to find a like minded Roomate(s) who want to split a lease in Bushwick/Williamsburg starting August 1st. Budget: We are looking for someone who has stable income and can afford at-least 1500/month + utilities. Would prefer a female/queer open minded roommate but open to all (ish) types of people!! A little bit about us: Parker - I’m an elementary school teacher who loves music and collecting. I’m energetic and social and I come with two cats funny cats, so potential roommates would need to be okay with cats in the living space ( my cats have been introduced to other cats before so if you have a cat and it’s a good fit we would open to it). Seph- I’m a culinary student at I. C.E. In Manhattan. I also have a job working in a bakery in Nomad. I’m a funny and easygoing person who enjoys going to concerts & collecting vinyl/photography. Ultimately we are super friendly and love to go out. Both of us are cleanly and well kept, looking for the same! This is a must atleast in the living spaces.
