Wanting to Rent a House w/ Someone

Hello, I'm Brittanie. Some things about me: I'm cursed with being long-winded and ADHD, so conversations with me are often entertaining and a roller-coaster. I know this post is long but I tried to give as much detail as possible to no time gets wasted asking the "common questions."

I like my alone time and space, but am always up for good conversations. I've been told I have a good sense of humor, so more than likely, you'll spend a majority of your time laughing around me...or at me. Fueled by laughter, wit, and sarcasm, I don't get offended easily. I enjoy watching stand-up comedy, singing, spending time with family, learning new things, playing interactive, board, and card games, puzzles, paint by numbers, writing, trying to keep up with current world events (within reason), and distracting myself by binge watching various shows and movies.

I'm looking for someone to find a house to rent together. I really want to stay close to Farmington Hills, Redford, or Livonia. I'd consider other cities nearby but nothing in downtown Detroit.
I'm not interested in signing onto a lease for an apartment or condo. The inconsistencies in rent for those are a huge reason I'm currently living back with my vary generous parents.

I'm pretty laid back, BUT I do have some allergies that HAVE TO be taken into consideration when living with me. I am HIGHLY allergic to pine, Pine-Sol, cats, Purex laundry soap, lavender, lilacs, and weed (smoke). Gummies, cookies, w/e do you, I just can't be around the actual smoke. It gives me severe, blackout migraines. I'm also highly sensitive to cigarettes, most perfumes, colognes, and flowers. I will be considerate of any allergies you may have also.

I need someone that is okay with me being around the house a lot. I'm on SSDI for medical reasons that I will share with you before we move in together. Currently, I am not working but will be looking for part-time work once I finish some physical therapy for my back. I will be in the common areas often which is another reason I prefer living in a house vs apartments or condos. It'd give us more space for time to do our own things.
I'm fine putting all utilities in my name, but your name will be on the lease. I will NEVER be late on my part of the bills and expect the same from a roommate. I keep up with cleaning, prefer things organized (but not OCD), and will even help you out with things you may need done if you're working a lot. Yard work will either have to be done by you or we can find someone to do it, though, because, well, I mine-as-well have been born in a bubble. Haha

I'd prefer to find a place together, but do already have several possibilities in hopes of finding a roommate soon!
I'd be fine living with kids as long as we have a set plan going into the move. "Let's figure it out as we go alone," is not a plan. I'm fine with dogs, however they do need to be house trained and managable. No crazy barking at all hours or chewing up objects that aren't meant to be chewed on. I cannot live with any other kinds of pets though, birds, cats, reptiles, etc.
