29 / mature, hardworking, will barely be home

29 years old, no kids, quiet, helpful & honest. I don't do drama. I'm hardworking and will never be home during the day. At night I will be there to sleep and relax. I don't party or anything and I'm just looking for a CLEAN quiet house. I don't mind what kind of life you live or your preferences (I'm very understand and do not judge) just as long as you are nice and not a creep or trying to get over on me just because I'm a female. I want to be somewhere where we all help eachother out and is not drama. Please send me an email if you are serious with a real room and have real PICTURES. I want to see the place & sign a lease before I hand any money over. I also have proof of income and everything. The most I want to spend is $750 for a room and that's with all utilities and bills included in the rent. I'm really looking for something that's $400-$600 a month since I would barely ever be home.
