Looking for a room for cousin sister

Hello, my cousin sister recently moved to New York City from Seattle area and looking for some budget starter place for her independence. She has a remote part-time job and I'll be sponsoring the rent as well.

Looking for an all inclusive private room with some stores in walking distance and not too much of hassle to commute to the city.

Also prefer simple, quiet safe place of course :). Moving in as soon as possible.
