50 yr old single woman needs a room

I am a 50 yr old single female in need of a room. I work full time day shift ( hours vary) for a professional cleaning company. I am quiet, courteous of others, and very neat, clean, & organized. I do have a 25 year old disabled daughter that does not live with me but often comes to stay on weekends. She has cerebral palsy, legally blind, is no verbal, and non ambulatory (uses a wheelchair). She is very childlike & lovable. Stairs are not an issue, as I can carry her up thenm.
