I am a 49-year-old Costa Rican diplomat who will be working at the Costa Rican Mission to the United Nations. I will arrive in New York on approximately May 19th. I am a laid-back, quiet, single, non-smoker guy who will be working full-time. I am currently in Costa Rica. I will move approximately in late May (after May 19th). My stay is long-term, with no move-out date.
I would like to rent a room near the UN Headquarters (Mid-Town, Tudor City, Murray Hill etc).
I only have two specific requirements: a room with a private bathroom
My budget for the room is $2.300 maximum (all utilities included).
