Nonbinary Person (23) seeking household

Hi my name's Emma I'm 23 and use they/them pronouns. My job is moving me to NYC and I'll be working in Manhattan five days a week.

I'm looking for a nice and friendly household, though preferably on the quieter side. I love things like game nights but am not a big partier, and generally am a giant nerd and a bit of a homebody. I'm also pretty clean, I definitely can be forgetful when it comes to leaving clutter on a table overnight, but am otherwise quick to clean up after myself in the bathroom and kitchen.

Oh also I have no pets but am very pet friendly and a huge animal lover! Not planning to get any pets in my time in the city, but definitely very happy to live with any!

I'm not too picky on where in NYC I live so long as I'm not more than 45-55 mins outside of Manhattan (really from Grand Central, that's the general area I'll be working) as I really don't want a commute longer than a hour (and 30-45 mins would be preferred anyway).

I've put my budget at $1500 but that would need to be an absolute max, and with all bill included!!! I'd much prefer to be around $1250 all in, but I know how nearly impossible that is.
