GWM iso an affordable NYC apartment.

STILL LOOKING. In early June soonest. I’m 45 GWM, disabled from a couple of traumatic brain injuries and a stroke. I don’t need accommodations at the apartment except for an elevator and preferably on the first floor. I am on SS but make enough to afford a place for up to $950.00 utilities included comfortably. I won’t sit at the apartment all day as I plan to attend Spear physical therapy 3-4 days/week just to get out of the apartment and I’ll volunteer somewhere 3-4 days/ week as well. I don’t smoke, drink or use drugs. I am very trustworthy and respectful of personal space. You’ll never have to ask me where the rent is. I’m pet free. When I first move in, I plan to get a home health aide, as I’ll need assistance with rides to and from doctors appointments, GYM, work, etc. Though I am diagnosed as homebound.
