33 Male Looking for a room (Start April 2024)

I'm Corey (he/him). I recently moved to New York from Atlanta. Right now, I'm temporarily staying with a friend in Downtown Brooklyn. I relocated because I got a job at a nonprofit art center. I work in development and fundraising.

I'm a clean, personable, open guy. I'm looking for a furnished room in an apartment OR to fill a space in an established apartment. I'm currently subletting a place in Bedstuy and looking to move at the beginning of May 2024. My budget is flexible depending on the location and its amenities.

I don't have any furniture in New York, so I am looking for an established place. I don't mind buying a bed, but furnished shared spaces would be great.

I keep common/shared spaces clean and hope to live with someone who feels the same way. I'm looking for a roommate who's kind, queer-friendly. I am pet-friendly.

I'm also interested in any sublets or rooms that might be available in the same neighborhoods, as long as the monthly rent is under $1500! If you know of something, please don't hesitate to share the listings with me. Lastly, I have a family dog (French Biulldog) in Atlanta. I would love to bring her to New York. This isn't a deal breaker, but I wanted to be transparent with a desire of mine.
