My name is Elizabeth and I’m hoping to move back to the Brooklyn area after a year and a half of living in Harlem.
I am an artist and student with a job in Manhattan. I’m very chill and tidy, respectful of common areas, and completely open to being friends with roommates if that happens organically, but I’m also happy to view it as a respectful business relationship. LGBTQIA ally, respectful and considerate. Non-smoker, not into drugs personally, I have a drink occasionally. I do need to commute so being near a train is important. I’m open to sublets as well.
I have a small dog named Percy (pics in profile). He’s house trained of course and is incredibly cuddly and sweet with people but can’t be chill around kitties. He would never hurt one, but he stresses them out. He’s OK with most dogs, but I like to be careful with bigger dogs because one bit him once and he can be nervous around them now.
