WANTED: Roommate for apartment hunt in Brooklyn
Hello everyone!
My name is Nicolas, I am from Colombia, and have been living for the past 2 years in NY. I am beginning to work as an architect and I am entering my last year in my Master’s program at Pratt Institute. Right now I am looking for a new place in the city, since my lease is ending in my current place.
A little bit about me: I am easygoing, friendly, kind and considered with my roommates. I would love to be friends with you and hang out, but I can also let you be. I am very clean, I can cook, and I am handy with tools. I do like to entertain occasionally and hang out with my friends, albeit in small groups.
About the ideal apartment:
- Brooklyn or Manhattan located
- Laundry ideally in the apartment or at least in the building
- Natural light
-Everything else is negotiable
With all of this being said, I am looking for someone that wants to go house hunting with me, or who has an available room to rent, for a tentative move-in date around July-August. I have a maximum budget of 1,800 and, if required, I have a Guarantor in the US.
