Easy going girl from the South

Hello. I'm a 32-year-old female originally from the South, but residing in Crown Heights for the past year and a half.

My current lease isn't up until end of June, but for the right place and the right price, I am definitely open to moving sooner!

I work as an Account Manager for a fashion retail company, and I'm an advocate for reproductive rights. I work both from home and out in the field. So, if there is space for an office that would be amazing. However, that's not a dealbreaker.

I'm a very easygoing, respectful, and open-minded individual. I love good conversation, getting to know new people, listening to amazing music (and dancing to it)

I'm looking for an available room (a large one preferably), with no more than one other roommate. I would prefer a space with a decent amount of room, as I do have a lot of things, but I'm big on organization and everything has its place.

It would be amazing if laundry was either in the unit or in the building, but as long as a laundromat is nearby, that also works for me. I don't mind sharing a bathroom with another person, but I also don't mind paying a little extra for my own bathroom!

When at home, it's paramount for it to feel like my happy space. A healthy, and non-toxic living situation is absolutely a must!

I'm huge on respecting common areas and the privacy of individual rooms. I tend to spend a lot of time in my own room, but I'm always open to house gatherings. I'm not too particular about noise levels (I can literally sleep through anything). I'm big on communication, but also give grace and understanding when sometimes communication fails.

Every now and then I like to cook and play some good music while I do it.
