Looking for a room in new building

- Preferably a new building with nice amenities (gym, rooftop, lounge area, etc)

- I need a Bedroom with a Whole private bathroom and a closet.

- Do what you want in your own room but the sharing spaces must be kept clean and respected (ie, living room, kitchen)

- I want responsible roommates that pay their bills on time, know how to share a space and clean up after themselves.

- I dislike people that bring their drama to everyone else’s doorstep. We’re all grown. If you put yourself into it, you can surly get yourself out of it.

A little bit about me:

I work as a mailman at the Post Office, work very hard and I play even harder. I’m a pretty open minded guy, easy to talk too. I’m really like an introverted extrovert. I have my moments when I’m outgoing and larger than life but most of the time I’m very chill and I stay to myself. Very respectful guy here, very clean dude. I cook, I clean, won’t mind cooking for my roommates every once in a while.
