Student seeking sublease

I am an international student from Australia in my second year of my masters at NYU. I have been subleasing in Bedstuy for the past year and am looking for a change (since my current housemates are moving back to Ireland).

I am very tidy and respectful of communal areas. I enjoy having time to myself, hanging out with friends, and occasionally going out.
I am looking for a place in which I can feel comfortable studying, socializing, and relaxing.

I will be using my savings and the assistance of my parents to pay rent. As proof of income I can provide a letter of recommendation from my current landlord, a copy of my bank statement; or, I can pay a few months rent in advance.
