Looking for long term Late Aug-Early Sep
Hello, my name is Steven. I?m 29, and moving to NYC between late August and early September. I will be working in Tribeca, Manhattan. I will be working there for a minimum of three years. I am in the Army, and will be working as a recruiter up there. The Army pays very generously for members getting stationed up there. Rent would not be a problem. I will make around 7300-7850 a month. The Army is good for its stability and paychecks every 1st and 15th. Now as for credit, it?s not great, and I feel that will be the biggest obstacle due to missing payments on a couple things years back due to being overseas. If I?m going to do the roommate thing, I don?t want to spend more than 1500 per month which still should get me a real nice place to live in.
As for me, I?m funny, sarcastic, smart, witty, fun, and respectful. I?m also very responsible as I?ve ben living away from home for over eight years. In fact, NYC will be the closest I?ve been (two hours). I?m originally from a small town in Southern New Jersey. I chose NYC because of the diversity, proximity to home, things to do (fun factor), and the pay. I?m an extrovert. Okay sorry for the long message. Take care.
