I've been living in NYC for about 3 years, currently based in Williamsburg and looking to upgrade but stay local. I work in tech, keep regular working hours and do some consultancy work on the side. I'm a friendly respectful housemate who doesn't bring the party home and keeps communal spaces clean.
Active and social and have some form of plans most evenings/weekends. I play a few sports and go to a lot of gigs. Interested in living with someone social and fun, who also has their own stuff going on.
