I'm a 48 yr old single male, work at least 5 days a week... I'm ex military, I'm very clean and quite.. I'm also very handy and can fix almost anything in any house or apartment.. I would like just a simple room to rent, and share the kitchen and bathroom... Please, no loud parties at night, I'm usually up and out of the house for work by 5: 00am... and like I mentioned earlier, I'm extremely clean... when I'm done with the kitchen or bathroom, you'll never know that I was in there...
