Seeking Affordable, Short-term living close to NYC
Hello All,
I'm a recent college graduate seeking affordable living for the fall as I will be interning in Manhattan! I'm fun-loving, neat/organized, adaptable to any environment (as long as it's not a total rat hole) and I can get along with anyone. I'm open and love meeting new people. I don't mind sharing a room but would prefer a single as I may have overnight visitors from time to time. I don't mind sharing any other space. Wi-fi is really the only necessity for me.
What I'm looking for in a potential roomie(s) is just a genuine, trustworthy individual who will respect my space and me as a person and who wants to have a cool person (me) around. They will get the utmost respect and other nice stuff in return!!
