Hello,

I'm Tom Kelso. I've recently returned to New York after several years away (I'm 51), and I'm looking for a short-term sublet while I resettle in NYC (i. e, looking for a more permanent address. which could very well be where I stay short-term). I am currently staying with friends in a studio over on 6th and 2nd Ave (3 small bags and a laptop, but it's crowded!), so I would very much like the opportunity to discuss the room for lease with you, and answer any questions you might have. I am a single, non-smoker who works as a tax advisor and accountant, enjoys the theatre and art scene -- but not in my home -- and basically spends my time at home writing and blogging.
