My roommate is moving out at the end of May and I am looking for a new roommate to take his room. I am a resident physician and work around 70 hours a week, so mostly home at night during weekdays.
The building is very central. A, C, E,1,2,3,7, N, R, Q, W trains are around the corner. A lot of nice restaurants and bars are in the vicinity.
There is a shared living room, with an in-unit washer/dryer. All amenities are relatively new.
