1 large room available in Luxury building located in Hell’s Kitchen. With South and East exposure - you also get a nice southwest view to the Hudson River :) Sunsets here are amazing!

Fits a queen size bed + desk and more. It has two bottom to ceiling corner windows with amazing views to Manhattan skyline. Shares bathroom with another roommate. Has a closet outside, but still really spacious. It is technically a flex room, but has no gaps at all, the wall is as thick as the wall of other rooms, so it is literally a room.

Washer and dryer in-unit (there is also a laundry room in the building). Stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove).

Utilities not included in rent (monthly):
- $50 amenities fee
- ~$40 internet
- ~$60 electricity

There are two one-time fees only established by the leasing office:
- $20 application fee per leaseholder
- $500 requalification fee divided by the three leaseholders (so $167 per person). This is because the lease is being renewed, but with change of leaseholders. The place is amazing that honestly it is totally worth it! The living room and kitchen also have views to Manhattan’s skyline!

About me and the other roommate: we’re both working professionals. I work in Consulting and the other roommate in Finance. We’re both outgoing, friendly, but enjoy our quiet space. Super clean, respectful, and like to maintain our rooms and common areas clean in order. We’re looking for someone who will sign a 1-year lease with us, asap, starting May 1st.
