Room to rent in 2-bed apartment in Hell's Kitchen

Large room to rent in spacious 2 bedroom apartment around Hell's Kitchen/Hudson Yards, move in date from 15th November/ASAP.

The room has a private en-suite bathroom. The room is essentially a large, private living room, with stairs up to a loft-space bed - though you might want to instead move a bed into the main room itself, there's more than enough space. The room is facing the street with windows letting in plenty of natural light.

We would only share a kitchen - you would have your own bathroom and living room, and also a separate entrance into the apartment directly into your room. I then have my own separate bedroom and living room.

The only real drawback is that it's a fifth floor walkup - but you'll get used to it!

I am the current occupant of the other room and would be your roommate. I'm a British guy living in NYC, I moved to the city - and into this apartment - at the start of 2016. I'm a 26 year-old professional working in sales for a financial publisher. I'm sociable and would enjoy being friends with my roommate, but that's not essential. I enjoy going out and socialising with friends, but don't bring it home with me, I'm generally quiet in the apartment. I enjoy watching TV, reading, running, watching soccer, and generally just chilling out when in the apartment. I tend to get back from work around 7/8pm-ish most days. I'm clean and very tidy, don't leave the kitchen in a mess etc, and am very conscientious.

I'm looking for a roommate who's also fairly clean and tidy, good fun to spend time with, and generally easy going.

I'm going onto the lease for the apartment for a year from October 1st and ideally would like someone to go onto the lease with me, however happy to discuss whatever works best.
