One month sublet starting June 1st with the possibility to resign onto a year lease

Small room with direct access to yard

5min walk to dekalb L, 10min walk to Knickerbocker M

- ac unit in room
- nice yard and patio/landing area right outside room
- brick walls throughout apartment
- no pets
- no laundry in unit (just around the corner)
- 1st floor
- huge fridge and lot of counter space/kitchen storage

Room with be unfinished upon move in! But if you need a bed for that first month I can leave the one in the photo. It’s a full bed.

Roommates are both men in their mid to late 20s
Both musicians with full time jobs
We hang some times, but everyone basically does their own thing

Super chill, I’m only moving out because they want to resign here and I wanted to try a new spot out
