I'll be moving abroad July-September and subletting my studio apartment. A furnished, gorgeous, bright, south-facing 2nd floor walkup with a decorative fireplace, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Located on Upper East Side (96th & Lex) - 6 Subway is on the corner; Q Train and M15 SBS Express & Local bus stops are 1 block away. Central Park is a quick walk - just 3 avenues away!

Comes fully furnished with full sized bed, desk & chair, couch, coffee table, Roku TV, large dresser, and fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig, toaster, microwave, espresso machine, and counter top dishwasher). Steps away from supermarket, restaurants, Starbucks. Laundromat is 2 avenues away.

Earliest move-in is July 6th with a lease term of 3-4 months (can negotiate move-out date). All bills (gas, water, internet) except electricity are included in rent.

Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful person - females preferred. Deposit is $1000. A cleaning fee will be taken from your deposit at the end of your stay (price TBD).
