Hi!
I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-bed apartment in the Upper West Side for the month of July!
The apartment will be shared with 3 other professionals engaged in full-time employment and education. I am looking for someone to sublease the room for the month of July.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms (with shower/bathtub), dishwasher, laundry machine, air fryer, microwave and large shared spaces. It's also a very sunny apartment and you get very nice views of the city from the rooftop.
The room is quiet as it does not lead to a main avenue, and gets plenty of sunlight. There's a heating unit in the room, large closet space and a balcony!
