We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Hunter’s Point LIC, lease starting 5/12/2024 for a full year! Ideally someone in their mid to late 20s.

One of the bedrooms without an en-suite bathroom is up for grabs. You would be sharing the bathroom with me, 25 M.

Gross rent for the room is $2460, with 1.5 months free in a 12 month lease, bringing it down to $2152.50 net effective.

A bit about myself 25M, software engineer, working remote/hybrid, moving from San Diego!
Roomie is my friend Juliet, 27F, working in tech consulting on a hybrid schedule, moving from Chicago!

We both like house music, comedy, trying new restaurants, traveling, hosting friends occasionally, going out for events on the weekends. The other half of the time, we also enjoy staying in, cooking, mixing music, reading, going to the park, working out and having a routine to set us up for a goood week ahead. It’s all about the balance!

Juliet has a small ESA dog named Chloe. She’s super friendly, loves cuddles and pets. She is house trained and hypoallergenic. She also enjoys going for runs and hiking.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and clean - respecting the shared space and maintenance of the apartment. If we can be friends that’d be a plus, but no worries if you like to keep to yourself.
