Furnished room in sunnyside/woodside May 1st

Hi! I’m looking to find a roommate for 1-4 months to move into the second bedroom of my apartment. The whole apartment is fully furnished, though the bedroom furniture can be removed if you have your own. There is one shared bathroom. I like to keep the place clean and quiet. The apartment is bright and has a huge living room to hangout in. There’s a nice sized kitchen and small dining area. Your room has a closet, window, bed, desk, and some storage drawers. The utilities are all included in the rent (wifi, water, electric). I have a small dog who is very friendly and loves people. He doesn’t shed, he doesn’t bark. I’m looking for someone easy going, clean, and respectful of the space. The room is available as of May 1st and you can stay for 1-4 months, you’re welcome to try it out for a month and see if you want to continue after that.
