Hello! Searching for a roommate to resign a lease with me starting August 1st. Must be willing to live with a cat! No other pets please.

About the place

2 bed 1 bath located in Bushwick, 7 minutes from the Myrtle/Broadway stop. Spacious rooms with closets that fit a queen sized bed, a desk and a dresser. There is also a huge window in the room that lets lots of light in. There is also built in AC that you can control by the room. The building is an amenity building with the following:

- Laundry
- Gym
- Game room
- Lounge with working space
- Furnished roof
- Furnished patio
- Package room

It's a great spot, and it's rent controlled, so year to year the rent increases are pretty reasonable. This year the rent would be 3130.33, so 1565 each! Credit score must be 700 or anove and income must be 36x rent

It's a super great price for the location, close to the M and J and a 15 minute walk from the L. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within a 10 minute walk as well.

About me

I am 26 years old and work as a non-profit consultant. I work from home 3 days a week, and bring with me a little black cat named Hermione. I like to spend time with friends and host a dinner party or pregame from time to time, but definitely tend to take the party elsewhere after midnight, and am hoping for a roommate that will do the same. Looking for someone who values communication, cleanliness, and making sure that our apartment is a space that we both feel comfortable coming home to. Happy to spend weekends on the couch watching reality TV and I love to cook, so being a taste tester is a must!
