*RENEW LEASE NEED A NEW ROOMMATE**
Hi guys! My name is Paulina, my current roomate is moving so I’m looking for someone to renew my lease with! The lease ends on June 27 so you’d be looking to move in late June- early july. I’m 21 years old, currently studying interior design in FIT so students definitely welcome. Also I’m from Puerto Rico so If you prefer Spanish that’s fine with me! The apartment is by Lincoln center, right next to the one train (pretty convenient) and a 12 minute walk to Central Park! Super clean, quiet area next to a bunch of cute restaurants and shopping malls.
The apartment has: concierge, in building laundry, gym, study rooms, and a on-call handy-man. The apartment has super tight security so you’ll always feel safe! This place is soo niceee which is why I don’t want to move. During the day your room gets plenty of sunlight (mine doesn’t really lmao).
