Looking for an awesome roommate in our spacious Boro park apartment. We're hoping for someone who is on the quiet side, who enjoys both privacy and the occasional conversation/shared meal. Someone who has an artistic bent or appreciation preferred as both roommates also work in the arts.

Room is big, and sports a huge walk in closet, perfect for someone with a lot of stuff to store.

Apartment is beautiful, with hard wood floors, large kitchen with eat-in area, access to a lovely backyard, and free dedicated bike storage in the basement. Currently there is no on-site laundry, but there are some wonderful and cheap drop-off services a few blocks away.

Grocery store next door. Short walks to the D and F trains, the B35 and B42 busses, and two miles from prospect park. A beautiful bridge between the hipster (Sunset Park, Kensington, Ditmas Park) and old school (Midwood, Bay Ridge) neighborhoods, delightful food and culture of all kinds is easily accessible.
