Hold fee will process AND hold room and wait for you to move in.
It is NON refundable if we approve and hold room. If you are denied, the hold fee is refunded less the $25 processing fee.
If you only pay the $25 NON refundable processing fee it will only determine if you are approved or denied. We will NOT hold the room and wait for you to move in. If someone comes and pays hold fee they can move in front of you and move in if you have not yet done so. It is NON refundable even if denied.
Important: Hold fee and processing fee is credited back to you once you sign agreement and move in. It is NOT additional.

To move in
$250 NON refundable cleaning/admin fee. We provide CONTINUOUS supply of cleaning supplies for messes that YOU make and need to clean. I come every other week for cleaning of common areas.
$400 Conditionally refundable security deposit
$795/month for rent.
