Rent $970/month + security deposit. Partial utilities included in rent, except Wi-Fi and electricity which run an additional $50-$60 per month on average, depending on AC usage.

We require first month of rent + $970 security deposit in advance to secure the room.

**We preferred to rent it out long term (12 months +), but may consider short term rental (1-2 months max.) on a case by case basis for an additional charge.

Proof of financial capability and references from previous roommates and landlords are required.

The apartment is well located, within walking distance to PRATT University, a couple of blocks to Starbucks, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga places, etc. Within walking distance to Fort Green Park, Atlantic Mall Terminal, Barclays Center and BAM, among other fun places. About 15 minutes train ride to downtown Manhattan. Safe neighborhood.

The apartment has 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Share kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom is spacious and bright with a closet, a big window (lots of natural light), a heater, hardwood floors and high ceilings. There is also an AC installed for your convenience. Room is available furnished or unfurnished. We can provide a twin bed, a desk, curtains, and a small bookshelf for your convenience.

We are currently 3 professional females living in the apartment. We are very clean, quiet, considerate and friendly.

Looking to share with a student or professional female roommate who is clean, considerate, quiet, responsible paying bills and a good communicator. No drama. We want to keep the friendly and peaceful environment that we currently enjoy in the apartment.

No smoking/ No drugs/No couples/No pets - there is already a friendly CAT in the apartment
