I live in a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms in the middle of Pembroke Pines.. has Laundry, Patio, a community pool behind the townhouse, internet, a private bathroom, parking, a tennis courtyard, and is a gated community. A fee of $ 100.00 is required for criminal background, which is paid by the tenant and is needed for the association. I live with two dogs (friendly) you must like animals. I'm clean and I expect the same from my roommate. If you smoke outside only. The place is near malls, movie theaters, parks, restaurants, hospitals, etc., and a few minutes from 1-75 and Turnpike. I prefer no visitors I work so I like to have a house to relax in and hope you like that too. I'm gay just in case you feel uncomfortable living and sharing the house with a gay person.
