About the apartment: Offering 1 unfurnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the Crown Heights Brooklyn Area. June 1 move-in date or later.

Built-in 2016, this newer boutique building is on Dean Street, on a quiet tree-lined block near the Utica Avenue A express train and C train subway stop...living in Brooklyn by the express train is a must and makes commuting in and out of Manhattan quick and easy!

The apartment itself is the entire floor of the building, 1,353 sq feet and features new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, laundry inside the unit, 2 balconies, bright sunny rooms, remote keyless entry for accepting UPS/FedEx packages while at work.

Looking for full-time employed or student, clean, quiet, professional. Sorry NO COUPLES allowed! The bills will be split 3 ways: wi-fi, gas, and electric. Water is included with rent. Each bedroom has mounted smart televisions. There is no cable in the apartment...only your own personal streaming if you choose.

House Rules: no shoes home, no parties (friends and dinner parties ok,) clean (as in please keep the shared spaces clean and do not leave dishes in the sink,) quiet, and respectful. Just be a courteous roommate/person. No drama home.

About your roommates:

Roomie 1: Female and owner of the condo. I work in the entertainment industry. I live in Los Angeles most of the year. If I travel into NYC to work or visit family it is for a short period of time. Generally, less than a few weeks at a time, 3 months max out of the year. The condo will be 3 roomies the majority of the time.

Roomie 2: Female, 25. From Minnesota. Very friendly, clean and kind. Works for a publishing company in Manhattan.

Roomie 3: Female 25. From Florida. Clean, quiet, works in e-commerce. Small 15lb dog who is crated when the roomie is not home.
