We're looking for someone who is a:

- Comfortably fits a queen sized bed
- Has a mirrored double closet built into the wall
- Has a built-in bookcase
- A sunlight that gets great light
- High ceilings
- Ceiling fan

The apartment:
- The new roommate would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and living room (seriously huge apt) with a female 29 year old film industry professional and 35 year female old non-profit professional (SIPA alum). We are busy working, traveling, keeping it real and enjoying life in Brooklyn Heights. Seeking someone who can contribute to a positive community spirit.
- Large, fully-furnished living room but open to moving in other furniture if you have it
- Very high ceilings
- Large, well-equipped kitchen
- Large TV with Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, Netflix
- The unit is on the 5th floor in a brownstone walkup building (4 flights of stairs, including the front stoop)

Required for move in:
- Security Deposit (one month rent) and first months rent
- Rent is $1000. 00/month plus internet, electric and gas (right around $75/mo)
- Would need to be willing to sign a 2 year lease agreement with landlord, beginning December 1, 2014.
- Would need to be ok with splitting the cost of a monthly cleaning service. (Once you see the size of the apt, you will understand why...)
