About the room
Master bedroom available in a well located, mid-century home about two miles from Fremont and Downtown. 11 x 17. Semi-furnished. Ensuite bathroom with shower and new plumbing. Large closet. Shared access to a large living area, kitchen and a huge, private yard with outdoor entertaining space. Off-street parking. I think it’s a nice house. I’ve done some work on it in the two years that I’ve owned it, but it still has a way to go. The room right now is furnished with a bed and a desk, and I'm in the process of painting it.

About the roomies
I’m an over-40 gay male professional who works at home part of the time. I have a 3-year-old Boxer who is well trained and beginning to mellow out – but he still gets excited easily. Looking to rent the room to a reliable, single, LGBTQ+ (or LGBTQ-friendly) individual who is employed and responsible. And you should feel comfortable with a large, energetic dog greeting you every time you walk through the front door.
