$900 Room in Rancho Cordova

I’m looking to rent one unfurnished room to one person that will become available 06.01.24 in a remodeled home located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood in Rancho Cordova off of Zinfandel and Hwy 50. Easy access to Folsom, Sac State, and Downtown.
The House: 1300 sq ft., 3 bedroom/2 bathroom. Room: ~118sq. ft Closet: ~19sq. ft. Remodeled. Washer/Dryer in garage. The main living area has hardwood floors and tile, while the bedroom is carpeted. Bedroom closet is pretty large. Cable TV and high speed internet access are available. I have a small backyard.
Ideal candidate would be: working professional, has no pets, does not smoke weed or cigarettes, respectful when it comes to how loud music/tv are played, and is very clean.
Me: I’m a female working professional that spends my time at work or out with friends. I typically lay low and do my own thing. During the week I stay up late but am respectful of others.

I am looking to rent one room for $900. Lease is on a month-to-month basis with first and last due up front. Rent is all inclusive, the kitchen is large and in a good neighborhood.
