1 Bedroom + Shared Bathroom

Hi all!
My roommate moved to London and I have a one bedroom plus shared bath located in quiet apartment complex in North Huntington Beach. The rent is $1280 per month plus an estimated $100 for utilities. I am a 37 year old female hoping to find another roommate in my age range. Looking for a clean, respectful, and financially stable roommate. Must be employed and have good credit. The apartment complex is pretty low key, so I am not looking for anyone who parties or does any kind of drugs. It would be nice to be friends, but also be able to do our own thing. I do have a foster dog, so anyone interested must be okay with large dogs. I will consider large dogs. Unfortunately, my dog doesn't get along with small dogs or cats. The lease runs until May, and looking to renew. The room will be available April 1st, which would also include a $250 deposit. If interested, please message me about yourself first. Thanks!
