We can't allow another dog since there is a service dog on property and we don't want them distracted or anything. CAT FRIENDLY IF SPAYED OR NEUTER. your pet is your responsibility when it comes to their food and litter if it applies. Animals must be spayed or neutered and potty trained if it applies. Must have proof of spay or neuter.

Proof of income is required(pay stubs are fine, just need to make sure you are working or have reliable income so rent is split evenly amongst us
