I will be transferring to another school for the spring semester, so I was looking for someone to sub my room to while I’m gone. There are two bathrooms, one is full. There are two rooms upstairs. We have a nice living room area as well as a nice kitchen. There is a lot of storage in this unit, and everything is included besides the electric. Laundry is in the main building, which is about a 15 second walk from my apartment. My roommate Jacob will still be here during this semester. It is about $793 per month, and the electric bill is normally $60, so when you split it, it’s around $823 per month. My room is the one shown, but it’s barely smaller than the other one. My snap is jaydenisugly, and my roommate’s is jacob_goralski. The lease ends in August as well! There is a large, shared patio outside that you can see from the balcony. There is secure garage parking and secure entry to the buildings.
