6 month stay room for rent

????2, months rent will be collected prior to moving in ????.

IT IS MY LIVING ROOM SPACE WHICH will HAVE DOORS PUT IN SINCE I NEVER SPEND TIME IN THAT SPACE I AM ALLOWING FOR OCCUPANCY. I WILL HAVE ACCORDION DOORS INSTALLED LIKE SO CLOSING IT OFF .( check out picture section )

My ideal roommate is a working , relaxed and RESPONSIBLE FEMALEEEE.

1) rent is due the 27th of each month in cash and paid in person or our agreement is canceled . Cash app is also accepted on the 27th of each month . Your portion of the rent will be $550 in total .
2) your stay is from the time you move in and ENDS December 31st 2019 ( unless otherwise discussed).
3) you are allowed to have 1-2 guests over at a time when you are PRESENT in the apartment with them .
4) kitchen and bathroom are shared . Please label or initial your grocery items . My seasonings and condiments can be shared with roommate that is fine . Please use your own toiletries for sanitary reasons and personal respect . 5) flat screen tv can be used as much as you like !! However , please do not break or else you must replace it at equal or greater value ????.
6) clean up after yourself and guests at all times. I don?t have insects and like to keep it that way ????.
7) my room is complete off limits at all times .
8) NO CIGARETTES!
