Large bedroom in a lovely Colonial house overlooking the Hudson River. Very quiet neighborhood called Woodstock Park with no through streets. Wifi, large living room with big screen TV and cable channels - Showtime, HBO, etc. A lovely sunroom, eat in kitchen. Very large private backyard with flowers, hammocks, and comfy patio furniture. 2 shared bathrooms, one with side jets. We are artists and one of us is frequently gone. We are easy going and cool. We have a very gentle kitty rescue who sleeps all the time. Close to everything NYC or White Plains - the Hudson River Line and to the bus or subway. Great for professional or student. Safe street parking always.
