ISO a girl in their mid/late 20's to takeover a room in downtown New Rochelle in a 3bed/2bath unit. The building has several amenities like an elevator, lounge, gym, pool, grilling area and parking garage. The location is very nice with several restaurants, convenience stores, park, AMC and farmers markets within walking distance. It is also 5mins to the to the New Rochelle Metro North train station with a ~35min ride to Grand Central. The rent is $1040 and it is available from April 20. to May 1st for move in. The lease ends mid Jan 2026 with an opportunity to renew. There is a building amenity fee of $72.22 per person every month, wifi is $30 and utilities come out to ~$200 monthly per person. Security deposit is $1050. The application would be done through the building and we can schedule a tour for you to come see the apartment.
About me: I am a 28F engineer working from home 4 days a week. I'm clean, quiet, non-smoking, and friendly. I also cook often and enjoy reading.
Roommate 2: She is a 26F recent grad working hybrid. She's clean, quiet and friendly.
About you: Clean, friendly and pay bills ontime. No drugs or smoking. Pets would be considered case-to-case.
