Birds, squirrels and rabbits year round. Crickets, katydids and cicadas in summer and, in a good year, fireflies. Last year was a good year. Two dogs live here and neighbor dog visits. Resident humans are courteous and friendly but not "pushy friendly". Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are shared. Located close to northbound Exit 7 of Hutchinson River Parkway and Exit 10 of Cross County Parkway. Also #30 Bee Line bus. Home is a mile from the Pelham train station, closer to downtown Pelham than downtown New Rochelle. Family neighborhood so please drive slowly once you turn off the main road . Convenient to all. Parking in driveway or on the street.
