Good place to start

I have a nice room unfurnished and clean. Great neighborhood close to everything anyone would need...literally. There are rules of course and I would prefer someone who like me in that since. I don?t believe anyone should cause trouble where they lay their heads. For that unless it me children no one can spend the night. That seems to be a major problem with younger people who move in. Reasons? Main two, one: so we can all rest well in our beds and not have to worry about any Cardi Bs. Two: The person who lives here pays rent. Sometimes people don?t know when to go home. They think it?s okay to be at the home 5 days in a row or come over everyday, they begin to move things in. Basically I?ll have one tenant paying and the other one just staying. To bring down confusion company out by 2am. It?s month to month so nobody feels trapped or have to worry about court eviction. I?m down to earth and very understanding. I will respect you and your privacy and expect the same. Other then that if you want we can have fun too. Or you can stay in the room and we barely speak. Either way if your mature and about handling the things you need for you and yourself, then I have a room for you. I am a gamer PS4 so maybe we can share games. I rather you come and see the space then post pics because the pics don?t do it justice. It?s not furnished so I rather you size it up for yourself.
