Hello fellow FCG’s! I have just recently bought a house in Livonia, and have an extra room I am hoping to fill, the other room is currently filled by another FCG. Rent will be about 700$ per month, NEGOTIABLE, which includes all utilities, just not groceries. You will be sharing the house with me, however my room is on the 3rd floor, the two other bedrooms are on the second floor, and share the big bathroom separately.
The location is in the heart of Livonia, crossroads of 5 mile and Farmington Road. It is right across the street from the police and fire department and surrounded by the best bars. All within walking distance, in addition to the many other amazing restaurants and bowling alleys. It is about a block away from the famous Bates Hamburgers and in the summertime, is prime location for the huge fair The Livonia Spree. It is defiantly the place to be in Livonia with quick access to just about any type of shopping desired. Not to mention less than a block away from the Livonia Rec center, which has its multiple sport fields and courts, a rock wall, fitness center, and a full waterpark.
The house itself is a split 4 level and I had just bought it in December 2016. The house was completely renovated the previous fall before I moved in, so everything is UP TO DATE! The basement includes a laundry room and a finished workout room. You will have the choice of having your own private bathroom, or the giant double vanity bathroom located between the two vacant rooms.
For those who are constantly on the move (as a Kettering co-op I had to move every three months) there is an option to have a room completely furnished; just bring your clothes and you’re moved in!
