Room for rent in a chill suburban home

I'm a working single mom looking for the right roommate to rent the third bedroom of our suburban bungalow home. My son lives with me half the week, and with his dad the other half of the week. When he's home it's a PG-rated family-friendly environment for the most part, when he's not, I live a pretty active social life. There's almost always music playing, either by a speaker or myself. I'm extremely extroverted, and often have company. I accept (and expect, this would be your home, too!) a roommate having company as long as the home is respected by everyone there. The renter's private room would be unfurnished to be filled and decorated however they wish, with shared access to the full furnished house. It's not a huge house and we'll be sharing everything so we'll need to mesh well. I'm looking for someone who is as respectful of people's differences as I am, someone who is responsible but still laid back, and is able to co-exist comfortably.
