The house is located only 5 minute drive from Downtown/Midtown Detroit. We are in of the Historic Boston Edison District (Big Mansion area) where a lot of wealthy residents and families live, not to mention all the new hipsters that have moved in recently. Boston Edison District is becoming the hip trendy area with a lot of shops starting to open around (I posted some pics of the houses in the area to show you how legit the area looks). We're also right next to 4 major freeways (I75, I94, Lodge 10, I96) which can practically take you anywhere in Michigan.?

A little about me, I was raised in the suburbs, went to Syracuse University and then went to work on Wall St for about 5 years. I moved back here and started a small business, and I own this and another house in Detroit. We're looking for good roommates with common sense and the ability to pay rent. All races, genders, orientations, colors are welcome! Roommates currently are all in their 20s, combination of students and young professionals (2 quicken loans guys, a service industry professional, a WSU student and a CCS student) combo of male and female.

We are a 420 Friendly house, but not a party house, the roommates are all expected to respect everyone that has to wake up early for school/work, etc. Background checks are done on all roommates prior to them staying to keep a legit and happy living environment. We have a cool positive vibe and I'll work hard to keep it that way.
Included in the rent we have a housekeeper that comes once per month to keep it clean, and stuff like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc. are included too.
No pets allowed unless it's a fish or something small.?
