Spacious & Newly Renovated House in East Raleigh

The whole property is currently under renovation (updated flooring/carpeting, granite countertops/new cabinets, new appliances, etc). Should be ready by the 17th of December.
Bedroom has a shared bathroom (for couples, we’d consider master bedroom w/private bath as we haven’t made final decision on room choices)

House is 3 stories, 2600+ sqft with private backyard (not fenced in), massive balcony with entrance from the back, and screened-in back patio on the ground level.

Neighborhood itself is very cozy/quiet and the surrounding landscape on the property gives off cottage vibes. Neighborhood is blocked off by wooded area but still conveniently located (ie-there’s an ALDI 5 min drive away).

Roommates are 20, 22 and 24 + 2 dogs and a chameleon. We have room for one more dog (and/or cat).
24(f) roommate works remotely as freelance 2D animator and primarily locks herself away in the office
22(m) travels for work and is gone 2 weeks out of month but free on days off
20(f) works night shift and hangs out during the day *after a long nap*
