We have a spacious house in a quiet, safe, desirable neighborhood on a peaceful cul-de-sac! Your 12x12 room (furnished or unfurnished) features a spacious closet, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, and brand-new carpet! Enjoy a pretty view of the neighborhood, and the tranquility of the backyard, which borders a protected forest (birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and sometimes owls galore!)

We want to you enjoy the amenities, including:
• A firepit, patio with a 5-person hot tub, and heated swim spa
• A fully-equipped kitchen with gas range, 2 ovens, lots of appliances, tea drawer & coffee station!
• A pool table room, game closet, and large dining table for hosting your friends or family
• Shared laundry room, beverage fridge, and extra freezer
• Comfy living room with gas fireplace and large TV
• walking trails that lead to a quite lake (end of cul de sac)
• covered parking in the garage
• your own coat closet downstairs
• A decorated home with lots of plants that you don’t have to worry about, and you’re welcome to decorate your room however you wish!
• Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and all streaming services (we have most of them!)
• 2 tiny dogs that love you already!

Your guests are always welcome - we even have a second spare room for overnight stays 😊 I’m so sorry my husband is allergic to cats, but we're open to your dog if they’re a good fit (note the backyard is large but not fenced yet)!

Hi, I’m Drea (39), and my husband Drew (47) and I own the house (we have been here almost 3 years)! I’m an illustrator (fan art, comicons, Disney, etc) and we run the business from home—Drew’s office is upstairs, mine is downstairs. While we’re home almost all the time, we’re mostly tucked away being work-a-holics in our offices! I’m a night owl (bedtime for me is sunrise) so you’ll have the whole morning, into the afternoon all to yourself downstairs! Drew really does practically live upstairs :-D

We’re experienced roommates and our top priority is making sure you feel comfortable, happy, and at home! We’re child-free by choice, super relaxed, and friendly to all lifestyles! We love pets and welcome visitors—our friends usually stay for a weekend once a month or so.

We have two tiny, friendly dogs, Lemon and Coco, who adore cuddles and already love you more than they love us :-p They’re alarm barkers for sure, but nothing excessive. The neighborhood is very dog-friendly- the trails are so quiet you can take dogs off-leash, & we occasionally host doggie visitors from family and friends 😊

I have two sugar gliders in my office, but you won’t see them unless you’d like to meet them! Overall, we’re friendly, welcoming, and laid-back people … really our only rule is that we can’t live with anyone who is passive aggressive (meaning, any issues you have, we want to know right away so we can find a solution!)
